Inventory Report

An inventory provides detailed description of all fixtures, fittings, and decor along with their condition. In-depth state of cleanliness is recorded for each area including kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and furnishing etc. This written document with photographic evidence is very essential in order that the landlords can get their property back in the same condition they rented it, obviously once fair wear and tear is accounted for and also in order that tenants can secure their deposit.

Check In at Start of Tenancy

At check in, our friendly clerk meets the tenant at the property in order that the they sign for the keys and agree with the condition of the property described in the inventory report from the moment they move in. Meter readings and any amendments related to the condition of the property & its contents are noted on the original inventory report.

Mid Term Inspections at Mid Tenancy

During the tenancy, our clerk will go to the property and inspect its condition to ensure that your property is being looked after properly and if there are any maintenance issues. Maintenance issues involve minor repairs to fixtures and fittings or damp that needs treating. Check Out at End of Tenancy

At the end of the tenancy, our clerk will inspect the property using the inventory check in report to note any changes to its condition with photographic evidence. Our check out reports can be used as a legal document in case of any dispute & misunderstandings between the landlord and the tenant.
