We may share your data with The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and The Property Redress Scheme in case of complaints and even with the court in case of disputes. 

If you do not make payments that you owe in relation to any services provided to you, we may disclose your personal data to credit reference agencies and to fraud prevention agencies for the purposes of fraud prevention. We may also disclose your personal data to debt collection agencies which may use your information to trace your whereabouts and recover the debts that you owe. The information which we provide to such agencies may in turn be provided by those agencies to other organizations which may use your personal data to perform similar checks. Information recorded by fraud prevention agencies may be accessed by organizations in other jurisdictions.

We have taken appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. All our computers & hard drives are password protected and documents with personal data are shredded on a regular basis when they are no longer relevant for the purposes for which they’ve been printed or collected.

The information we collect from you may be stored securely on the servers and hard drives. We keep your data for a minimum of 5 years from the date of bookings. This will enable us to serve you better with your enquiries and to provide you with accurate check out services. We also retain and use your data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
