Unlike our competitors, we promise no additional charges for:

We are based in Ilford and cover all areas in our catchment for the prices mentioned below, however we will not ignore requests from other areas and will endeavour to help (travel & congestion charges may apply).  VAT not applicable.

Terms & Conditions
  • Free check-in service is only available if the check-in is at the same time of inventory and is agreed at the time of booking. If check-in is requested for a later date, a charge of £100 applies. This will include updating the inventory report with new meter readings & handing over the keys to the tenants.
  • The above prices are for a standard report in our catchment area. The rooms included in a standard report are: hallways, 1 reception, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, relevant number of bedrooms, front & rear gardens.  £10 charge applies for each additional room.
  • We reserve the right to change the quoted price if the property differs from the information submitted at booking.
  • We reserve the right to add additional costs if properties are excessively overstocked with furniture or crockery/utensils etc.
  • Payment is payable on completion of the inventory inspection before the release of the report. Exceptions only for corporate clients with established partnerships.
  • A PDF copy of the report will be e-mailed within 48 hours once the payment is received.
  • The landlord/agent/tenant will have 7 days to make any requests for amendments to the report. Such changes will be marked as landlord/agent/tenant comments.
* Only if the key collection & return location is within 1 mile radius else £25 charge applies.
**Cancellations must be reported at least 3 hours before the booking time else £100 will be charged for aborted calls.
